Order Status
Track your products in the delivery process via a tracking number
Check your invoices and credit notes online
Look up serial numbers of products.

eRMA:
To return goods that were delivered to you, request this online using our eRMA tool.

eShop:
Our new eShop is currently only available in selected countries, but will soon be launched across EMEA. With eShop you can purchase selected products online and receive information on pricing, availability and special promotions.

Accessing the Partner Portal
Only authorised and approved customers of Tech Data can access our Partner Portal with a login ID and password.

The following tools are only available to our UK and IE customers for now. We are working on making them available for all our customers soon.

Profile Update
Allows you to update your contact details with Tech Data.

Security Permissions
If you are delegated admin of your company, you can manage the access to Tech Data�s Partner Portal applications for your colleagues in this tool.

SMARTracker
Enables you to review all leads that you have with Tech Data and update them online. Also provides you with functionality to download your list of leads to MS Excel.

uQuote
This tool offers the possibility to create quotes directly for IND SOFT in Tech Data systems.
